Our Repair Shop is located at 113 College St in beautiful downtown Burlington!
We're currently open 12-5pm M-F and closed weekends. Our current hours can be found here
Walk-ins are always accepted! Come by anytime during business hours with your device for a free initial estimate.
We typically answer calls, texts and emails weekdays between 10am-7pm, even if the shop is closed. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or repair inquiries!
Most iPhone repairs can be completed in 2 hours or less.
Other repairs may require ordering replacement parts. Parts take 1-3 business days to arrive. Overnight Shipping is available for an additional fee.
Payment is required at the time of repair completion. A $25 deposit is required for repairs that require parts orders. Wizard Tech currently accepts Cash, Check, Debit/Credit Card, Tap to Pay/Apple Pay/Samsung Pay, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal.
Before the repair, we recommend backing up your device to a computer or Cloud Storage.
